Before You Start: What Information Should You Prepare?
To help us provide an accurate quote and prepare your order smoothly, please share as much information as possible about your custom sportswear project. If you do not have all details ready, our team can still help you step by step.

Our Custom Sportswear Order Process
Every custom order is different, but most projects follow the same basic process. Our team will guide you through each step, from the first inquiry to final delivery.
1. Send Your Inquiry
Tell us what you want to make, including the product type, quantity, sport category, design idea, logo, colors, size needs and delivery destination. You can contact us through the website form, email or online chat.
2. Confirm Product Details & Quotation
Our team will review your request and confirm the key details, including product style, fabric options, customization method, quantity, size range, artwork needs, packaging requirements and delivery timeline. After the details are clear, we will provide a quotation for your project.
3. Prepare Artwork & Design Mockup
You can send us your finished artwork, design reference or logo files. If you do not have a complete design, our design team can help prepare a custom mockup based on your team colors, logos, patterns, names, numbers and sponsor graphics.
For the best print quality, vector logo files are preferred, such as AI, EPS, PDF or CDR. High-resolution PNG or JPG files may also be used when vector files are not available.
4. Approve Order Sheet, Size Chart & Design
Before production starts, we will confirm the order sheet, size chart, product details and design mockup with you. Please check all names, numbers, logos, colors, sizes and quantities carefully. Production will begin after the final details are approved.
5. Payment, Production & Quality Check
After the order is confirmed and payment is arranged, we will start production. The process may include sublimation printing, cutting, sewing, finishing, quality inspection and packing. Our team checks the order details before shipment to help reduce production mistakes.
6. Packing, Shipping & Reorder Support
After production and quality checking, your order will be packed and prepared for shipping. We can support international shipping based on your order requirements. For future reorders, we can refer to your previous design files and order details to make the process easier.

Artwork Requirements
Good artwork helps create better custom sportswear. To achieve clear printing and accurate design placement, please send the best quality artwork files available.
Low-resolution screenshots, small web images or blurry logo files may not be suitable for production.
If your team or brand uses specific colors, please provide Pantone, CMYK, RGB or HEX color references. Please note that colors may appear slightly different between screens, printed fabric and different fabric materials.
Before production, please check all spelling, player names, numbers, sponsor logos and design details carefully.
Size, Roster and Order Sheet
For team orders, accurate size and roster information is very important. Please prepare the size list before production, especially when your order includes player names, numbers or different product sizes.
If you already have a team roster, you can send it to us in Excel or another clear format. Our team can also provide an order sheet template to help you organize names, numbers and sizes.

Production Time and Delivery
Production time depends on product type, order quantity, design complexity, material availability and seasonal workload. After we confirm your order details, our team will provide an estimated production and delivery schedule.
For urgent orders, please contact us before placing the order. We will check the production schedule and let you know whether your deadline can be supported.
Payment, OEM and Confidential Projects
For custom sportswear orders, payment terms will be confirmed according to the product type, quantity and project requirements. If your order is for OEM, private label or confidential brand production, please let us know before starting the project.
We respect customer logos, team identities, brand artwork and commercial designs. Customer designs will not be used publicly without permission.

Q4. Can I order different sizes in the same order?
Yes. Team orders usually include different sizes. Please provide a clear size list or roster with names, numbers and sizes before production.
